🌕 Opening Transmission
The Full Moon in Sagittarius arrives June 11th like an ember at the edge of what’s known, flickering with truth, daring us to aim more honestly.
Sagittarius energy does not sit still. It moves. It burns with restlessness, faith, and the thrill of the quest. It dances with spontaneity, fire, and the thrill of discovery. It seeks expansion, growth, freedom. It worships truth, even when it scorches. It longs to know, to name, to taste the edges of aliveness … and then stretch even further.
And yet, beneath all its movement, there’s an ancient stillness: the moment the archer draws back the bow.
Sagittarius isn't just the seeker. It's the fire-wielding archer, half man, half animal, ruled by Jupiter, god of thunder and sky. The fire lives in the muscle memory of the aim, the clarity before release, and the courage to let the arrow fly into the unknown. It's not a quiet stillness. It's a charged stillness. That bowstring is humming with life, curiosity, and desire.
This flame is not wild, though. It’s fire strung through intention. The archer’s fire. Focused. Alive. Ready.
This lunation reminds us that before we leap forward, we must first pull back and take aim. Not for comfort, for righteous truth.
That tension, full of heat, hunger, and holy direction, is part of the magic.
This isn’t truth born of the mind and of thought. It’s truth forged in the gut, flowing through the blood, and held in the bones. In the body. In the spirit. In the deep yes that can’t be reasoned with.
This Full Moon rises just after Shavuot, the festival of revelation.
If Shavuot was the moment of receiving sacred insight, this is the reckoning, the sifting, sorting, and release.
Not every fire needs to be fed. Some can be left to burn out.
Some visions burn bright only to show us what no longer fits, or as a step to the next version of the vision.
And when the fire has done its work, we bless the ashes with gratitude.
You may find yourself here:
Amidst imperfect manifestations.
Between “what is” and “what could be.”
Naming what still calls to you and what you’re finally ready to lay down.
This is the kind of truth that sharpens the arrow, steadies the bow.
The kind that demands you to aim higher and burn brighter.
So pause.
Pull back.
And when you’re ready… release.
🌕 Living by the Moon
A rhythm check-in for the body, altar, and breath
As a Sagittarius Sun, I feel this moon in my bones.
Full Moons are always powerful portals for ritual. They offer light to what’s been hidden, clarity where there’s been fog. When the Full Moon lands in fire, and in the sign that seeks truth over comfort, it brings a different kind of revelation. One that’s not afraid to burn through illusion in order to uncover what’s real.
Sagittarius is a mutable sign, a sign of movement, of shape-shifting insight, of change as an expression of truth. Mutable energy is often misunderstood. People say we change our minds, change our hearts, change our desires, change direction. They’re not wrong, but often the judgement that comes with it is unfounded. This mutability is not a weakness, or a character flaw. It’s wisdom.
Mutability invites nuance. It reveals what’s in motion.
It teaches us how to adjust without abandoning.
How to find the thorn in the dream, and move it, instead of throwing the whole dream away.
I think about a dear friend of mine, a fixed sign through and through, who often comes to me when they’re stuck in all-or-nothing thinking. My big 3 (sun, moon, and rising) are all mutable. My guidance to them is:
What would need to shift for this to be a yes?
What would you need to see/hear/feel for this to be a clear decision?
Not every “no” is a forever no. Not every “yes” is full-bodied yet.
The power of mutability is discernment in motion.
This moon invites us into that space. The stretch. The pivot.
The truth that evolves.
It knows you can’t stay the same, it asks you to stay honest through the evolution of your truth.
Truth is not static, it’s alive.
🌕 Moon Phase + Sign
Full Moon in Sagittarius (20°38′)
June 11, 2025 | 3:43 AM PT
A fire moon filled with momentum and meaning. This is a moment for truth over comfort, clarity over performance. The Moon illuminates where you've been stretching toward something and what you're now ready to burn down so your arrow can fly straighter.
A few key transits in the sky:
Jupiter, ruler of this Moon, has just entered Cancer (June 9) — shifting our growth focus from vision to nourishment. Big dreams must now make room for emotional alignment.
Mercury has also entered Cancer (June 8) — softening communication, tuning our language to something more heart-led and intuitive.
Venus squares Pluto (June 9) — inviting truth-telling and transformation in matters of love, worth, and desire.
Mars conjunct Eris — a raw, restless drive for authenticity and confrontation of what no longer serves.
The Full Moon squares the Nodes (Virgo South / Pisces North) — offering a karmic nudge to release perfectionism in favor of spiritual trust.
🔮 Energetic Weather
Mutable fire: shifting beliefs, flexible truths, active transformation
Emotional themes: expansion, clarity, grief for old visions, alignment with higher direction
A charged stillness, the sacred pull back of the bow and arrow
Feeling into the gut-level yes (and honoring the sacred no)
🌿 Elemental Focus: Fire
Sagittarius is fire in motion, a directional flame.
This is not the wildfire that consumes everything. It’s the hearth that guides and purifies.
Work with fire for illumination and release. Let it help you transmute stuck energy and refine your aim.
Altar Suggestions:
A lit candle (or 3 for body, mind, spirit)
A small arrow, quill, or straight stick to represent the archer
Bay leaves for release and vision (burn or write intentions on them)
Obsidian or garnet for grounding and truth
A drawing, photo, or journal with an inspired destination or experience
💬 Affirmation / Spell
“I release what clouds my aim. I move with truth. I burn with clarity.”
✍️ Journal Prompt
What vision still calls to you?
What must be released in order to reach it?
The Inner Tide
A deeper ritual container for paid subscribers.
✨ A RARE UNLOCKED RITUAL ✨
The Inner Tide is usually reserved for paid subscribers.
It’s a space for deeper ritual, embodiment, and seasonal rhythm.
You’re invited to join us.
This ritual is a container for discernment in motion, for truth that is alive and evolving.
We’re not forcing clarity; we’re creating the conditions for it to rise.
This is a fire ritual for refining your aim, transmuting misalignment, and honoring the sacred pause before release.
🕯 You Will Need:
A small candle or flame
Bay leaves or slips of paper for writing + burning
A fire-safe bowl or dish
A lighter or matches
A journal + pen
Optional: a symbolic arrow or stick, and a grounding stone (obsidian, garnet, or smoky quartz)
Optional: supportive herbs — bay, ginger, tulsi, mugwort (tea, incense, or altar)
Space to sit or stand comfortably
🌿 Herbal Allies
Bay Leaf — clarity, vision, ritual release
Ginger — inner fire, empowered direction
Mugwort — lunar intuition, dream wisdom
Tulsi (Holy Basil) — heart-clearing, nervous system support
Use as tea, incense, or altar offerings. A ginger tea can be especially potent for this moon.
🜂 The Ceremony
Open Sacred Space
Light your candle.
Take a few grounding breaths.
Feel your sit bones or feet connect to the earth.
Gently arrive.
Pulse the Heart (Embodiment Practice)
This breath-led movement invites your heart to guide the ritual.
Inhale: Open your arms wide, lifting the chest and expanding through the ribs. Feel your heart expand, reach into space.
Exhale: Bring your hands forward, palms facing each other, hovering just in front of your heart. Gather the energy towards you.
Repeat 3–5 rounds. Let this motion become rhythmic.
This is aligning your sacred truth — calling in your heart, and centering your clarity.
Optional mantra:
Inhale: I open to my living truth.
Exhale: I gather the fire of inner knowing.
🔥 Fire Writing + Release
Once your heart has pulsed and your breath has settled into rhythm, turn inward and listen.
What is standing between you and a full-bodied yes?
This isn’t about rejection for the sake of it. It’s about refining the field, embracing the mutable energy of fire.
Sometimes, the no isn’t the whole truth, it’s a signal that something needs to be released in order for the deeper yes to rise.
Let this next part of the ceremony hold space for that clarity.
On a bay leaf or slip of paper, write:
A vision you’ve outgrown
A “yes” that no longer feels aligned
Or something you need to release in order to turn a “no” into a “yes”
(e.g., urgency, perfectionism, old roles, external pressure, outdated timelines)
Hold the leaf or paper in your hands. Inhale with presence. Feel the fire building in your heart, as devotion.
When you feel ready, burn it safely in your fire-safe dish.
As the smoke rises, speak aloud:
I release what clouds my aim.
I gather the fire of sacred clarity.
I trust the fire to refine my truth.
✍️ Reflective Writing: Integration After Flame
After the fire, there is stillness.
After the movement, there is space.
This is where you listen, not to the noise of what you released, but to the clarity that remains.
Place both hands over your heart. Let yourself be still.
Let your journal be a vessel for what’s now true. Let the writing feel like breath, a path not to figure out, but to feel forward.
Prompts to meet yourself in this new alignment:
What truth revealed itself through the fire or breath?
What now feels clearer, lighter, more aligned? What yes can I say now that I couldn’t before?
What made it possible? What am I now willing to carry forward — and what form might it take?
How can I honor this clarity in the days ahead?
What small, anchored gesture could I offer as devotion to the truth I uncovered?
Let this writing be rooted.
Let it speak in the voice of your highest alignment.
Closing the Circle
You get to move at the speed of clarity.
You get to honor the truth that revealed itself even if it changes everything.
You get to move forward in rhythm with your becoming, your evolving truth.
The arrow flies not because it’s pushed. It’s pulled back with intention and released with trust.
You get to trust that your own momentum is building, even in the moments of stillness.
Let this fire stay with you.
Let it illuminate what matters, burn away what no longer aligns.
Let it guide how you speak to yourself, what you choose to carry, and how you say yes to what’s next.
You are in rhythm.
You are aligned.
You are ready and always becoming.
May your path be lit with purpose, and your truth held like flame.
With you in the rhythm,
Anaïs
